The Laireiteralm is located at 1,840 metres directly at the mountain station of the Grossarltal cable car. In winter, skiers start here on the pistes and in summer many paths and trails lead from the Laireiteralm to a wide variety of tours with different levels of difficulty. The Laireiteralm is a ski hut in winter, while in summer the large sun terrace invites you to enjoy regional delicacies and the panorama.
In summer, there are numerous hiking options from or to the Laireiteralm. The high-altitude hike from the Panoramabahn mountain station to the Kieserlbahn mountain station or vice versa is particularly popular. The exact tour description can be found here.
Action lovers get their money’s worth at this location in summer, as this is also the start of the single trail. Go-karts make children’s hearts beat faster. Right next to the Laireiteralm is the Gamsjaga Platzl, a quiet place with views of the surrounding mountains and the Aigenalmtal valley.
