Sea level: 960 meters Welcome at the farm and inn “Bachrain” A peaceful and restful place to recover from your everyday live and still enterprising? Our farm provides lots of adventures for your family! Located all by itself in a quiet and sunny high plateau and hill-farming area called “Moosegg” we are the ideal starting point for your hikers or mountain-bikers! At wintertime we offer a small ski tow and also one for little children. Cross-country skiing trail right in front of the house. About 7 kilometres to the centre of town, to the next bigger town Hallein about 15 kilometres and to Salzburg it’s just about 30 kilometre. You can help us at our farm what’s run ecological – we spoil you with homemade products already at breakfast time. At our restaurant you can enjoy venison from our enclosure just next to us and also our whole foods products. At hour place families are very welcome! Homemade farm products.
