Temporarily closedAn alpine pasture with tradition and a little bit more – satisfied cows, happy chickens, pigs that feel like pigs and a dairymaid that welcomes you! Let us spoil you with fresh alpine milk, a sandwich or a hearty Almjause refined with fresh herbs, refreshing herbal juices and a pastry. One of the 13 herbal mountain pastures in the Hochkönig region.
The traditional alpine hut offers cheeses, butter, buttermilk, freshly baked bread and cakes, as well as bacon and sausages from the neighbouring farm. Herbs and herbal products complete the rich offer.
For our younger guests there is a beautiful natural-playground and petting animals that romp around the hut.
On request, there is an Alpine breakfast with an insight into cheese production and the art of baking bread in a wood-fired oven.
Herbal enjoyment with Paula Bründl: Kräuter Kikeriki – waxy eggs from Anita’s Alm chickens with wild herb sauce and home-smoked beef
Product in the herb box: Pine soap
Surprise for children: pink felt ball, animal story “The busy bees from the Mußbachalm”
