At the foot of the legendary power mountain “Bischofsmütze” lies the Mahdalm, protected by it. A hike or a mountain bike tour up here rewards you with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain world. Not only mother cows and their calves, which graze the alpine meadows, enjoy the wonderful alpine herbs. In the managed hut and on the panoramic alpine terrace, you will be delighted with regional delicacies.

HOW TO REACH US:
From Annaberg at the end of the village via the goods road Bärweg 2 hours.
From Annaberg from the Mauerreith parking lot via Bärweg 1 hour.
STROLLER-FRIENDLY ALM: The alm can be easily reached with a stroller, e.g. via forest roads
MTB ALM: There is an official mountain bike route leading to the alm.
No overnight accommodations!!!!
