On our menu, the classics of alpine hut cuisine meet international flair. It goes without saying that we source most of our products from local farmers. Over 80% of our products come from Austria, and some of them even from the Salzburg region, so really BRUTALLY REGIONAL!One of the 12 herb alpine pastures in the Hochkönig region.
There are many huts at Hochkönig, but none are as unique as the TOM Almhütte. Perhaps that is because there is no second hut in all of Maria Alm, indeed in the entire Salzburg region, with a pug mascot named Choupette. Or maybe it’s the special flair with which we manage our hut.
Here you can expect not only a spectacular mountain panorama but also a special blend of modern architecture and rustic hut charm. The specially created spritzer for sundowners and a menu that combines classic hut offerings with international flair make your visit with us a special experience.
Another highlight is our Alm brunch!
