Temporarily closedOn our menu, the classics of alpine hut cuisine meet international flair. It goes without saying that we source most of our products from local farmers. More than 80% of our products come from Austria, and some of them even from the Salzburg region, so truly BRUTALLY REGIONAL!One of the 13 herb alpine huts in the Hochkönig region.
There are many huts on the Hochkönig, but none are as unique as the TOM Almhütte. Perhaps this is because there is no other alpine hut with a pug mascot called Choupette in the whole of Maria Alm, indeed in the whole of Salzburger Land. Or maybe it’s because of the special flair with which we run our hut.
Not only a spectacular mountain panorama awaits you here, but also a special blend of modern architecture and rustic hut charm. The specially created fizz for the sundowner and a menu that combines classic hut specialities with international flair make your visit to us a special experience.
Our alpine brunch is always a special highlight.
