The herb garden produces what is processed and enjoyed in the alpine pasture One of the 13 herbal pastures in the Hochkönig region.

Our products and dishes impress with quality, taste, and well-being. The food is organic because it has always been that way. It comes from our organic farm Dachegg, which we have been operating biologically for generations and will continue to do so. Organic farming is not a trend for us; it is a promise to humans and animals to live valuable and sustainably. You can taste the high quality in our alpine products, dishes, and beverages. 
Our menu also offers an entirely vegan menu. We present the most natural products that the alpine meadows, herb garden, or forest provide.
