On the Anthering Swing Path
The Anthering Swing Path is the perfect outing destination for families with children in kindergarten and primary school age. Hiking, nature, and playing are excellently combined on this path.
The Anthering Swing Path is an entertaining themed trail with a total of 8 swings. The path is mainly designed for kindergarten and primary school children, but is also partly suitable for strollers. The themed path starts at the Anthering kindergarten and consists of two sections. The first section is a circular route with 3 fun swings and leads past the football field and herb garden back to the kindergarten. This section is about 1 km long, with no major ascents or descents, fully stroller-friendly, and also manageable with younger children. If you are out with older kids, you can then take the second section, about 2 km long (not a circular route), which is dotted with five creative and fun swings. The forest section requires an all-terrain stroller and, with almost 130 meters of elevation, also some effort to push. On the hill, you might be lucky enough to see a whole herd of free-range pigs.
