With a view of the Hochkönig
Feel like a little king – or like a princess: a gourmet route from the Dientner Sattel through a blueberry paradise to the delicious Zachhofalm.
An ideal route for the whole family: starting with a visit to the petting animals in the playful Dientalm, then a puzzle rally to the Tiergartenalm, continuing on the trail of the ants and finally the best treats at the Zachhofalm. In between, the forest provides walkers with a fine selection of berries. Just reach out and enjoy! And over all these delights, the Hochkönig watches majestically on the other side of the Dientner Sattel.

Directions
From the bus stop Dientner Sattel Birgkarhaus the signposted path leads in a few minutes to the Dientalm located below and then follows the gravel access road to the Tiergartenalm. Along the way, a rustic, somewhat shorter but sometimes muddy forest path variant branches off to the right. From the Tiergartenalm either continue on the gravel road or turn right, with more altitude gain, via the “Ants’ Path” and then after crossing on the right-hand side downhill to the Zachhofalm (1605 m). From the junction, a short 10-minute detour to the Wastlhöhe (1737 m, path 63) right next to the top station of the Zachhofalm cable car is recommended for summit collectors. The descent past the Zachhofalm follows path 64 (Übergossene Alm - Resort) for 1 hour to the car park at the B 164. The bus stop Dienten Dachegg is located 300 m further to the right.
