The museum will be closed from 3 October 2025 until approximately mid/late May 2026 due to renovation work.
The Copper Mining Museum, with its special exhibition ‘Skiing History of Mühlbach am Hochkönig’ in the ‘Knappenheim Cultural Centre’, will be undergoing renovation during the winter months.
The museum will remain closed during the renovation work.
The museum will therefore be closed from 3 October 2025 until approximately mid/late May 2026,
and during this time there will be no guided tours of the adventure show tunnels and no trips on the field railway
(former tunnel railway).
