Then you’ve come to the right place at the Loseggalm – Langfeldhütte! We are happy to serve visitors – who hike to us on the Alm or “arrive by bike” – with our Almjause. (Walking time: 1 hour from the Mauerreith car park in Annaberg) Our 400-year-old alpine hut offers space for 20 – 30 people, and the best view is of course from the wooden tables around the hut. A sleeping camp for up to 10 people is available for a short alpine holiday. And for all those who like to be sporty, there are extensive hiking opportunities to the surrounding huts and climbing tours on the Gosaukamm.
The regional cheese from the Fürstenhof organic cheese dairy is one of the specialties on the Alm. We are happy to serve the various cheese variations, home-smoked bacon and real farmhouse bread with an Alm or cheese snack. A selection of drinks ensure a hearty alpine snack. Last but not least, various homemade schnapps round off the snack. Also ask for our fresh Pofesen. True to the motto: It tastes best on the Alm!

HOW TO REACH US:
From Annaberg (200m after the last signpost towards Lungötz) Mauerreith car park via a forest road or Alm ascent: approx. 1.5 hrs.
From Filzmoos town via the Aualm area approx. 1.5 hrs.
KIDS BUGGY-ALM: The Alm is easily reached with a kid’s buggy via a forest path. An official Mountain Bike trail leads to the Alm.
MTB-ALM: An official Mountain Bike trail leads to the hut.
