The National Park Worlds ignite the desire to explore the fascinating natural landscape of the Hohe Tauern themselves. However, they also allow visitors to travel with all senses to places, eras, and areas that remain closed off to people otherwise. The new “Gallery of Life,” for instance, leads into the wilderness area Untersulzbachtal and offers magnificent insights into this untouched piece of earth where there is no cultivation: wonderful images spark the imagination, river gravel, and a rock slab with a mosaic of centuries-old lichens have made the journey from the wilderness to the exhibition.
