Preparing Austrian classics true to the recipe and at the same time conjuring up a cosmopolitan flavour on the plate – that has always been the credo of the Steinbock Alm kitchen team. Seasonal specialities such as Gitti’s famous ‘Moosbeernocken’ in summer are a must. Just like Tom’s legendary fish soup, a poem for friends of fine cuisine.
