Preparing Austrian classics according to the recipe and simultaneously creating a cosmopolitan note on the plate – this has always been the credo of the Steinbock Alm kitchen team. Seasonal delicacies like Gitti’s famous “Moosbeernocken” in summer must not be missed. Just like Tom’s legendary fish soup, a poem for lovers of refined cuisine.
Cooking is “handwork at the highest level and a game with the best ingredients and finest aromas.” Speaking of aromas – a variety of herbs grow around the Steinbock Alm that occupy a significant place in the Steinbock Alm kitchen all year round and enhance the culinary specialties with their aroma.
Homemade goods for at home can be found in the Schmuckkastl, so it also smells of Steinbock Alm aroma at home.
