Hiking around the enchanting Jägersee in Kleinarl
Regardless of the season: The Jägersee is a wonderful excursion destination for the whole family. The bright blue lake, with its idyllic location, is a place of power of a special kind.
We start our route at the Kleinarl Jägersee bus stop, right behind the Gasthaus Jägersee. On a forest path (also easily passable with a stroller) we go once around the impressively beautiful lake. Passing a rushing mountain stream, we walk through forests and meadows and can repeatedly let our gaze wander into the breathtaking surroundings. The mighty 2000-meter peaks surrounding the lake are reflected in the crystal-clear mountain lake, and there are always opportunities to observe fish, ducks, and swans. The children can easily manage the route with a balance bike as well.

This is an easy 2 km circular route along the lake. The forest path is well developed and therefore barrier-free and stroller-friendly.
